Every UMEX engagement begins with a comprehensive mapping of the client's operational environment — current workflows, communication patterns, knowledge gaps, and strategic objectives. This is the diagnostic phase, and its depth determines the quality of everything that follows.

Agent Architecture Design

Based on the assessment, Unisheps designs the agent architecture — selecting agent classes, defining scopes of operation, naming each intelligence, and mapping the relationships between them. The design is presented to the client for review and refinement before any build begins.

Build & Integration

Agents are built to specification and integrated into the client's existing infrastructure — their communication platforms, their data environments, their operational tools. Integration is seamless. The agents arrive into the ecosystem; the ecosystem does not need to rebuild itself around them.
